A combination of our own grown Shiitake, Yellow Oyster, Nameko, Maitake, and King Oyster. Grown, dehydrated and packaged on our Devon farm.
Mixed Gourmet Mushrooms (100%)
Soak in warm water for 20-30 minutes. Retain the water to use as stock.
Store in a cool dry place.
Once rehydrated, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
